alquilamos habitacion del 13 de agosto al 15 de septiembre. El precio por el mes es de 350€. Esta completamente amueblada, con balcón y de 20-25m2. Si se necesitara mover algun dia por delante o por detrás se podría hablar. El piso esta en muy buena zona del eixample de barcelona, junto a la parada de metro Urgell (a 10 minutos de plaza Universidad y a 15 de Plaza Cataluña).
Es un piso muy tranquilo donde se esta muy agusto. Eso sí, nos gustaria encontrar a una persona resposable, limpia y que sepa convivir.

we rent a bedroom from 13 August to 15 September. The price per month is 350 €. This fully furnished, with balcony and 20-25 meters. If you need to move days ahead or behind could talk. The apartment is in very good location of the Eixample of Barcelona, close to the metro Urgell (10 minutes from Plaza Universidad and 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya).
The flat is very quiet which is very comfortable. We would like to find a person breathe, clean and know live.
